Kathleen
McInerney Olson Kathleen is the broker-owner of Olson Realty, a company established over 40 years ago. She specializes in residential resale, but also has experience in property development. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science degree and teaching credential from UC Davis. She has earned the GRI and CRS professional designations, and has served 2 terms on the Board of Directors of her local Association of Realtors. Community involvement includes serving on the Design Review Commission for the City of Benicia, 3 terms as president of Arts Benicia, and 2 terms on the St. Dominic’s School Board. As a 4th generation Benician, she enjoys the fun and challenge of acquainting people with her home town, and assisting them in their Real Estate decision making. |

Marleen
Deane Marleen ventured into the formerly male-dominated world of real estate brokerage in the late1960’s. During her successful career, primarily spent in the Benicia-Vallejo area, Marleen has adapted to vast changes in the industry, with incomparable aplomb and without compromising her fundamental business credo of providing personal service by taking personal responsibility. In addition to managing her real estate business, Marleen found and operated a favorite local café, First Street Foods, and continues to develop her passion for collecting pottery from the California Arts and Crafts era of design. |

Glen served the Vallejo/Benicia communities as a former City Commissioner, in addition to serving as former Director for the Chamber of Commerce and Solano Association of Realtors. |
